ADP National Employment Report Shows Small Businesses Added 50,000 Jobs in October
Employment in nonfarm private small business payrolls rose 50,000 in October on a seasonally adjusted basis, accounting for 32% of employment gains across all company size groups. Within small businesses, 37% of the employment growth contribution was associated with companies having between 1-19 employees while 63% of September's small business growth was driven by companies with 20-49 employees.
